The Role of Royal Thai Air Force Wing 4 and Constitutional Election of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560

The purposes of this thesis are 1) to study the role level of Royal Thai Air Force Wing 4 and Constitutional Election of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560, and 2) to compare the role in Royal Thai Air Force Wing 4 and Constitutional Election of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560 classified by personal factors. This research is applied as quantitative research. It used the sample of 400 people in which research instrument was questionnaire. Moreover the statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results were found that: 1) Overall the role level of Royal Thai Air Force Wing 4 and Constitutional Election of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560 were at high level. When considering each role, we found that Perceived role was the first, Ideal role was the second and Performed role was the third, respectively. 2) People with different genders, ages and educational levels, had no different role level in Constitutional Election of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560. On the other hand, people with different monthly incomes and military rank had different role level in Constitutional Election of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560. 3) Suggestions on the role of Royal Thai Air Force Wing 4 and Constitutional Election of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560, there should be encouragement and permission for military officials to be more political expression. And a senator and the village headman should come from the participation of the people by giving chance to the people for direct election on their own opinion. In addition, holding the position of village headman should be a term of only 2 years as maximum.
