Abstract

Objectives of this research paper were 1. To study the administration 2.To study the relations between administrative factors and Sappurisadhamma and 3.To study the problems obstacles and suggestions for the administration according to Sappurisadhamma, conducted by the mixed research methods: The quantitative research collected data with questionnaires and the qualitative research collected data by in-depth-interviewing 14 key informants and analyzed data by descriptive interpretation and data were used to support the quantitative research that collected data with questionnaires from 337 samples using Taro Yamane’s formula and analyzed data with frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and analyzed the relations between administrative factors and Sappurisadhamma7 of Ban Wang Sub-District Administrative Organization, No Thai District, Ratchasima Province to find out the relations between variables weather or not they were related with Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The research results were as follows: 1.Administration according to 7 Sappurisadhamma by overall were at high level (x ̅ = 3.45, S.D. = .35) and the administration according to Sappurisadhamma7 was at a high level (x ̅ = 3.43, S.D. = .33). 2. Analysis of the relations between administrative factors and 7 Sappurisadhamma of the Ban Wang Sub-District Administrative Organization, Non Thai District Overall, Nakhon Ratchasima Province had a moderately positive level of relations (R = .62 **, Sig = .00). 3.Problems and obstacles The Sub-District Administrative Organization must develop and organize a modern organization to be up to date with the era of technological progress. Public relations that is fast for the people to access to news and information is still needed. The Sub-District administrative organizations must receive news from the public quickly in every event. Suggestions Sub-District Administrative Organization should be organized in accordance with the needs of the people in the context of that area in order for people to understand, access to the organization and take part in the development.
