Nursing teamwork skills development activities By using Simulation based learning

Abstract

This article aim to present activities for developing performance achievement in nursing teamwork skills in this practicum by using simulation based learning for preparing bachelor of nursing students to gain confidence in nursing management practice in nursing administration practice courses. Which is a nursing practice course that requires additional knowledge and skills in addition to nursing practice courses that nursing students used to pass. Preparation is important to reduce the risk of organ loss and to actually reduce the risks that may be caused by yourself and others in the wards through a nursing process so that the team can practice the nursing operations they need. Actually in the ward for the nursing team can practice the nursing work that has to be practiced in the ward also develop knowledge, skills and experience to solve problems in the nursing team that may occur. It is a practice to work with the nursing team in the most realistic situations. To build more confidence for students. Nursing instructors can conduct activities to develop nursing team skills. Defined as a teaching activity that allows learners to practice and show their potential in solving nursing problems according to the specified objectives in a realistic manner.
