Abstract

The objective of this study is to study the level of relationship between motivation and satisfaction of Personnel performance of Sena hospital, Chao Chet Sub-district, Sena District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province which classified by variables of Working environment, benefits, progress and for study the suggestions to find guidelines of Motivation and Satisfaction for Personnel performance of Sena Hospital, Chao Chet Sub-district, Sena District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Use quantitative research methods and the sample group used in this study is Sena hospital personnel, Chao Chet Sub-district, Sena District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. We got 212 people from multi stage random sampling and the instrument used for this research was questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. We got from open-ended questionnaires and the statistics used to test the hypothesis were chi-squared test. The results showed that the research found that In the part of the study of A Relationship between motivation and satisfaction of Personnel performance of Sena hospital, Chao Chet Sub-district, Sena District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province " was found mean and standard deviation. It found that the personnel performance in Sena Hospital has correlation between motivation and personel performance satisfaction in 3 part in middle average (mean 3.22 and standard deviation 0.651). In order from highest to lowest mean, a stable response in various factors cause motivation in the highest average. (The average is 3.37), followed by the side of  the submission results is effective results. (Mean of 3.22) and the side with the least mean value was in terms of stimulation in the working performance and working environment to be happy. (Mean value of 3.07) and in the part of the hypothesis testing To find the relationship between motivation and satisfaction in the personel performance of Sena hospital personnel found that the hypothesis testing conclusion of Main hypothesis: H0 with Chi-Square statistics, was found that the three main hypothesis were not consistent with the test results. The hypothesis was rejected with a statistically significant level of 0.05.
