Abstract

This research has objectives to study: 1) the relationship between personal factors and operative efficiency of employees working in a private company, and 2) the relationship between personal expectancy and operative efficiency of employees in a private firm. This is a quantitative research. The online questionnaires were used to collect needed data. The sample size includes 107 individuals working in a private organization. The statistical descriptive data include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The data were also analyzed by using t-test, F-test, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results showed that: 1) there is a relationship between personal factors and operative efficiency of employees working in a private company at the statistical significant value of 0.015. However, if we consider each factor separately, sex has no relationship with operative efficiency. 2) The personal expectancy has a relationship with operative efficiency of employees working in a private organization at the statistical significant value of 0.000.
