Abstract

This research aimed to study and compare the conditions and problems of personnel administration by reference to the perceptions of teachers at Tha Maka performance promotion group under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office two. This research is a survey research, which was classified by educational background and work experience. The sample consisted of 217 teachers at Tha Maka performance promotion group under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office two in the academic year 2020 from Cohen table sample size. The sample size was selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with IOC between 0.80 – 1.00 and 0.99 reliability value by determining the Alpha Coefficient. The descriptive statistics for data analysis were     t-test and One Way Analysis of Variance. Findings are as follows 1) In overall and each aspect, the teacher’s perception toward the conditions of personnel administration by reference to the perceptions of teachers was at a high level. In overall and each aspect, the teacher’s perception toward the problems of personnel administration by reference to the perceptions of teachers was at a low level. 2) Teachers with different educational backgrounds had no different perceptions toward the conditions and problems of personnel administration by reference to the perceptions of teachers at Tha Maka performance promotion group under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office two.  3) Teachers with different work experiences had no different perceptions toward the conditions and problems of personnel administration by reference to the perceptions of teachers at Tha Maka performance promotion group under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office two.
