The Development of Science Learning Activity Packages based on 5 STEPs, entitled “Substance Changes” for Prathomsuksa 5 Students of Banmaeaoknue School under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The purposes of the research seemed to 1) develop and calculate efficiency of science learning activity packages based on 5 STEPs, entitled “Substance Changes” for Prathomsuksa 5 students according to the efficiency criteria of 80/80, 2) compare the learning achievement before and after learning using science learning activity packages based on 5 STEPs, entitled “Substance Changes” for Prathomsuksa 5 students, and 3) explore the students' satisfaction towards learning from science learning activity packages based on 5 STEPs, entitled “Substance Changes” for Prathomsuksa 5. The samples of the research were 8 Prathomsuksa 5 students in semester 1 of academic year 2020 of Banmaeaoknue School under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, percentage, and dependent samples t-test. The findings of the research indicated that; for developing and calculating efficiency of science learning activity packages based on 5 STEPs, entitled “Substance Changes” for Prathomsuksa 5 students, it was found that efficiency had a value of 80.75/78.13 that was above the threshold (75/75). In terms of comparing the learning achievement before and after learning, it can be said that the learning achievement after learning using science learning activity packages based on 5 STEPs, entitled “Substance Changes” for Prathomsuksa 5 students was higher than before using science learning activity packages at a significance level of .05. For the students' satisfaction towards learning from science learning activity packages based on 5 STEPs, entitled “Substance Changes” for Prathomsuksa 5 students; on the whole, it can be said that it was at the high level.
