The Resalt of Using The Visual and Sound System Alarm for Prevention Pressure Sore in Older Adult at Tambon Khor Health Promoting Hospital and Tambon Kamkwarng Health Promoting Hospital Warin Chamrab District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract

The purposes of research aim to study the resalt of using the Visualand sound system alarm for prevention pressure sore in older adult at Khor Health promoting hospital and Tambon Kamkwarng Health promoting hospital Warin chamrab district, Ubon Ratchathani province. research population consisted of 15 persons who caring the older adult. This is a descriptive study research. The statistics used for data  analysis were mean, percentage standard deviation and paired T test. The  findings were as follows: overall, it is at a high level ( = 4.18, S.D. = .70) and mean risk score for pressure sores after innovation less than before  used (t = 19.32, p = .00) significance at the .05 level.
