Abstract

This research is aimed to (1) To study an efficiency to Performance’s Employees during time of working at home (2) To present the factors affecting the performance of employees during time of working at home. The sample used for this research was employees of a private companies operating a business of selling goods and providing leasing services in Bangkok 350 persons. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in this research are frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Relationship of 2 variables and one-way analysis of variance for personal factors of 3 groups. Correlation Analysis by the Pearson Method And multiple regression analysis. The research findings revealed that the factor affecting the productivity of an employee's work at home affects the productivity of the employee during the work-at-home period is the perception of the benefits of working at home, the satisfaction of working at home, Technology appropriate to work at home, respectively at a statistical significance level of 0.05. The three factors affecting the efficiency of the work at home of employees were able to predict the productivity of the employees during the work at home period by 64.70 percent.
