Academic Achievement Student Performance Management Before and After Receiving A Case Study Management. Students of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology

This research aimed to study 1) comparing academic achievement, academic performance management of students. Before and after learning was managed using case studies and 2) satisfaction towards the learning of the students who were managed using a case study. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The sample of the research consisted of 65 students enrolled in the Performance Management course using Purposive Sampling Method. In this research, it was a pre-study and post-study achievement test, a case study, and satisfaction questionnaire. Collect information from students enrolled in the performance management course. And analyze research data by processing with a computer package The descriptive statistics were used as mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results showed that 1) mean score of academic achievement in student performance management. After learning, the case study was 34.65, higher than the pre-score mean of 25.20, and the post-study standard deviation of 7.18 and pre-study was 6.46, respectively. The pre-test and post-study test showed a significant difference in the mean scores from taking the pre- and post-study tests at a 95% confidence level, with the average score taking the post-study test was high. And 2) the results of analyzing the satisfaction of the students who managed to learn by using case studies were: Learning style in terms of learning behavior and knowledge and understanding in case studies, it was found that the overall level was at a high level. By the satisfaction of knowledge and understanding in the case study The average of satisfaction was at the higher level than other aspects.
