A Study of Behavior and Satisfaction of Thai Tourists Visiting Lan Sang Waterfall National Park, Tak Province

The objectives of this research were to study behavior and satisfaction of Thai tourists visiting Lan Sang Waterfall National Park, Tak Province, and to compare behavior and satisfaction of Thai tourists visiting Lan Sang Waterfall National Park, Tak Province. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from a sample of 384 tourists. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and T-test and f-Test. One-way ANOVA with statistical significance of .05. The results showed that Most tourist behaviors were male (56.5%). Age between 21-30 year old (44.5%). Graduated bachelor’s degree (28.9%). Most of the respondents were a student (57.6%). And average monthly income of 5,000-10,000 baht (52.3%). Have been to Lan Sang Waterfall National Park, Tak Province 2 times (45.8%). Almost traveling for leisure (78.9%). Generally traveled by personal cars. (93.0%). Traveled by using a private car(48.7%) Traveled with friends (48.7%). And there is a travel expense not exceeding 1,000 baht per time (52.6) percent. The satisfaction of respondents towards of visiting Lan Sang Waterfall National Park, Tak Province at a high level ( =4.11, S.D.=0.805). When considered each aspect, it was found that the attraction is at the highest level. ( =4.78, SD=0.905). The services of government agencies are at the highest level. ( =4.61, SD=0.367). The participation of the local population is at a high level. ( =3.78, SD=0.945). And shops, Food and beverage outlets are low level. ( =3.29, S.D=2.933). Comparison results between the behavior and satisfaction of Thai tourists visiting Lan Sang Waterfall National Park, Tak Province. Found that classified by gender are different at a statistical significance of .05.
