This article aims to present the conceptual framework of groundwater bank innovation.  Solve water problems with the whole system in engaging with the community of Kao Kham Sub-District Administrative Organization.  There are   5 elements: (1)  Sufficiency Groundwater Bank (SGB) Innovation ( 2)  Community Participation for Sufficiency Groundwater BankIng System Development (3) Adoption of technology in groundwater banking projects (closed system)  (4)  Adoption of technology in groundwater banking projects (open systems) and (5) benefits  of groundwater banks    However, if you  It remains the duty of the old administrative organization  to raise awareness of the community and the people and awareness of the problems associated with the drought and enable the people in the sub-district to have the knowledge and understanding to solve the problem correctly.
