Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1 to study the factors influencing the satisfaction of using the passenger van service 2. To study the services of the staff that influenced the passenger van service 3. To study the behavior of the passengers. used the passenger van service. From the study, it was found that this research was a qualitative research by doing a questionnaire (Questionnaire) about attitude and satisfaction of passenger van service (Chatuchak) of people in Bangkok It is a tool to collect data from a sample of 400 people. The results of the analysis revealed that most of the service users of the passenger van (Chatuchak) were female, aged between 20-30 years old. student career With monthly income less than 10000 baht, the consumer's attitude towards using the passenger van service chose the most yes. Article 1 Do you think that the cause of the accident of the van came from an accident? Negligence of the driver or not, the quality factor data analysis, consumer satisfaction opinions are at a very satisfied level. Most of them have reasons to choose the service because of convenience and speed. Therefore, safety and punctuality is considered a quality service.
