Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the problem of teacher professional experience training by the experimental teaching process of 3rd year students of the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University 2) to develop a model of teacher professional competency development by an experimental teaching process of first year students. 3 Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University 3) To evaluate the use of the model of teacher competency development by the experimental teaching process of students of the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample group used in this research were undergraduate students, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. for the academic year 2021 of 205 people. Tools used in this research It is an estimation scale questionnaire. model assessment form Evaluation form using the model Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results showed that 1) The problem of teaching professional experience training in the overall teaching process was at a high level ( = 4.04).  the teaching school ( = 4.53) at the highest level, followed by students ( = 4.37), Instructor's supervision ( = 3.98). organizing activities to enhance experiences (  = 3.87) at a high level and the environment and atmosphere in teaching experiments ( = 3.47) at a moderate level  2) Develop a model for developing teacher competency by using the experimental teaching process of 3rd year students in the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The INS-Competency Model from the assessment of 5 experts as a whole was at the highest level ( = 4.59). Considering the details, it was found that the accuracy ( = 4.73) suitability ( ̅ = 4.58) feasibility. can (= 4.54) and usefulness (= 4.52) 3) The results of satisfaction assessment after the experimental model of teacher competency development by the teaching experimental process of the students of the Faculty of Education. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University as the overall and individual aspects are at the highest level. Can be sorted from highest to lowest as follows. Knowledge of subject content (  = 4.76), followed by professional knowledge (  = 4.69), learning management (  = 4.62), communication and technology (  = 4.58) morality. Professional Ethics and Ethics ( = 4.56) Thinking ( = 4.53) and Minimal Building relationships with communities ( = 4.51)
