The objective of this research article was to study readiness and guidelines for developing potential for online learning of students in Faculty of Education, Northern College. This research was a Survey Research. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. A sample was selected from the Education students who study in 1st-4th years total 161 persons using convenience random sampling. The confidence level was at 95%. The statistics used in the analysis was the percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research found that the respondents were more female than male. Most of the students' academic year. Studying in the 3rd year and grade point average. Most of the students have a grade point average of 2.51- 3.00. Readiness of students of the Faculty of Education Northern college in online learning, readiness to study overall online student the mean scores were between 3.93 and 4.35, indicating a high level of readiness for online learning. Internet and computer self-control, learners' self-control. The results of the research revealed that the guidelines for developing the teaching potential of the students of the Faculty of Education Northern College in online learning as follows: Measurement and evaluation formats should be changed. In accordance with the situation so as not to stress the students. In terms of teaching style training should be provided on how to use teaching and learning methods. In order to create readiness, attitudes should be publicized for changes. Make students aware of online learning which affects learning.
