Abstract

The objectives of this research were to explore the correlation of structural equation model of self-esteem, work commitment, job satisfaction and happiness in the work of employees in the workplace of slitting non-woven fabrics, Rayong province. The samples used in the research were 100 employees in an enterprise about slitting non-woven fabrics, Rayong province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in the research is the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and structural equation model (SEM) analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 program. As results of the study, it was found that 1) the job commitment and job satisfaction directly influenced on the happiness at work with the values of 0.069, 0.361, and 0.527, respectively, 2) the self-esteem directly influenced on the job satisfaction with the values of 0.202, and 3) the self-esteem directly influenced on the job engagement with the values of 0.709.
