Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. An example used in the research is Administrators and teachers who work in good schools in the sub-district 700 students under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office Area 1 from 28 schools. The researcher determined the sample size by opening a ready-made table of Krejcie & Morgan. to find the proportions of each school The research instrument was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.95. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T test and analysis of variance. The results of the research were found that: 1) Academic administration of good schools in Sub-districts under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the overall administration was at a good level ( = 3.89 ) and 2) The results of comparing the average scores of academic administration of the sub-district good schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by personal factors found that the administrators and teachers were gender, age and different work experience The average scores of academic administration of the sub-district schools were not significantly different at the level of α = 0.05 practical Administrators should focus on academic administration in matters of measurement, evaluation, and conducting comparisons of academic performance. Development and use of educational technology media and organizing regulations and guidelines on academic work of educational institutions for better efficiency And the benefits from this research can be used as information for educational agencies, educational institutions, administrators in planning. Develop and improve academic administration of educational institution administrators. as well as personnel related to education management for information and as a guideline for further management.
