The Management of School Internal Environment under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of Private Schools in Lomsak District, Phetchabun Province

This research was descriptive research aimed to study the level and to compare the management of school internal environment under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of private schools in Lomsak District, Phetchabun Province and 2) to compare the level of the management of school internal environment under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of private schools in Lomsak District, Phetchabun Province. Collecting the data from 214 of teachers and personnel of private schools in Lomsak District, Phetchabun Province in academic year 2020. As the data of the respondents were important, the respondents must voluntarily provide the information. The research tool was a questionnaire, which contained the checklist section and the 5-level rating scale section. Data were analyzed in terms of frequency, means, standard deviation, t-test. The research results found out that the overall of the management of school internal environment under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of private schools in Lomsak District, Phetchabun Province was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were practiced at a high level. In the order of the sides with descending mean as follows: administrative, physical, and academic, respectively. The test compared the characteristics and status of the respondents at different sex, age, and education level were average the level of the management of school internal environment under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of private schools in Lomsak District, Phetchabun Province wasn’t different. The characteristics and status of the respondents at different experience were average the level of the management of school internal environment under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of private schools in Lomsak District, Phetchabun Province was statistically significant at a level of 0.05.
