Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1. to study the level of   management of the student assistant system in the 21st Century of school under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2. to compare the level of management of the student assistant system in the 21st Century of school under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Collecting the data from 127 of administrators under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in academic year 2020. As the data of the respondents were important, the respondents must voluntarily provide the information. The research tool was a questionnaire, which contained the checklist section and the 5-level rating scale section. Data were analyzed in terms of frequency, means, standard deviation, t-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA). The research results found out that the overall of management of the student assistant system in the 21st Century of school under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. In the order of the sides with descending mean as follows: prevention and problem solving, student promotion, student referral, student screening, and knowing the individual students, respectively. The test compared the characteristics and status of the respondents at different sex, and education level were average the level of management of the student assistant system in the 21st Century of school under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 wasn’t different. The characteristics and status of the respondents at different age, experience, and school size were average the level of management of the student assistant system in the 21st Century of school under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was statistically significant at a level of 0.05.
