The objectives of this research were study the level of characteristics of new age and study the level of development of school quality under Phetchabun Educational Service Area Office 3, 3). study the characteristics of new age administrators that affect the development of school quality under Phetchabun Educational Service Area Office 3. Collecting the data from 127 of administrators under Phetchabun Educational Service Area Office 3 in academic year 2020. As the data of the respondents were important, the respondents must voluntarily provide the information. The research tool was a questionnaire, which contained the checklist section and the 5-level rating scale section. Data were analyzed in terms of frequency, means, standard deviation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results found out that the overall of characteristics of new age administrators under Phetchabun Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. The characteristics new age administrators: Leadership (X1), moral and ethics (X5), knowledge administrative ability (X2), motivation (X9) that affect the development of school quality under Phetchabun Educational Service Area Office 3 was statistically significant at level 0.05. Which can explain the variation in the level of education quality improvement by 42% (R2 = 0.42). The regression coefficients in raw score = 1.17 + 0.37 (X1) + 0.31 (X5) + 0.17 (X2) - 0.13 (X9) The regression coefficients in standard score y = 0.33 ZX1 + 0.25 ZX5 + 0.21ZX2 - 0.18 ZX9
