Abstract

This research was a quantitative technique aimed. The purposes of the research are 1) To study of the relationship of compensation factor and core competency of the airport security officer under the airports of Thailand company limited. 2) To comparative the competency factors classified by personal factors (position aspect and work experience aspect). The sample was used in the research were 384 persons from the airport security officer under the airports of Thailand company limited. Data were collected by questionnaires. The techniques and statistics were used Correlation coefficient analysis and One-Way ANOVA statistics. The results are as follows: compensation factor had the relationship with the core competency of the airport security officer in the same direction with statistical significance at .01 and the different position aspect of the airport security officer had different impacts on core competency with statistical significance at .01. For the different work experience aspect of the airport security officer had different impacts on core competency with statistical significance at .01
