Abstract

From the spread of COVID-19 that affects the way of life in terms of economy, society and environment. It also affects the adjustment in living in a new way. Therefore, this research focusing on studying the behavior of living, adapting and learning of people in the situation of the epidemic of Covid-19 towards the adaptation of the community in a new normal living in Surin province. 400 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative data. The results of a study on the adjustment of living behavior, adaptation and learning of the people, regarding the spread of COVID-19 in all 5 aspects and it was found that 1) Economic adjustment in the early outbreak, the family has not created a new career, still living a normal life and self-improvement through online learning, and careful about planning their household expenses.  2) Health adjustments, it was found that most of the people who practiced on a regular basis were wear a mask/fabric mask at all times, eat freshly cooked food and wash your hands regularly with soap and water or alcohol gel regularly 3) Social and environmental adaptation, it was found that the social relations of most household members were at normal levels and  more activities together in the family and more talking with each other 4) In information technology aspect, it was found that they learned  technology by themselves and asked for advice on how to use communication devices (eg. asking children/grandchildren/friends) and 5) In education, it was found that family members had to spend the most time teaching/taking care of their children/grandchildren. Summary of research findings on the spread of COVID-19 affecting behavior, adaptation and learning in terms of economy, health, society and environment. Information technology and education cause changes to adapt to living in a new normal life.
