This research aimed to study: 1. to study the current state and the desirable condition of the Skills of School Administrators in The Digital Age and 2. the development guidelines for the administrative Skills of school administrators in the digital age. The samples used in the research were 317 teachers and the interviewees were 6 school administrators. The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire and interview form The data were analyzed by using percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, Modified Priority Needs Index PNIModified and content analysis. Findings revealed that 1) the overall current conditions of the administrative Skills of School Administrators in The Digital Age was at a moderate level while the desirable conditions of the administrative skills of school administrators was at a high level; and 2) the development guidelines for the administrators in the digital age Including (1) Interpersonal skills administrators use social media to communicate with government agencies (2) Learning and teaching management skills Training is encouraged to strengthen the skills necessary to apply technology as a teaching tool intensively and continuously. (3) Conceptual skills and creative School administrators give morale and encouragement. Acknowledgment providing opportunities to participate in decision making. (4) Cognitive skills has a policy to promote and support and is considered a common practice that teachers in each subject group used ICT as a tool to organize learning activities; and (5) Technological and digital skills There is an innovation contest. To encourage teachers to use technology in various fields.
