The Problems and The Guidelines on Development of Personnel Administration in The Schools Under the office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the problems on personnel Administration in the Schools Under  the office  of Loei  Primary Educational service area 2, 2)  To compare the personnel Administration in the Schools Under  the office  of Loei  Primary Educational Service Area  2 by dividing on gender and school size and 3) To study the guidelines on development on personnel  administration in the Schools Under  the office  of Loei  Primary educational Service area 2. The samples using in the research were  319 persons from the administration and the teachers Under  the office  of Loei  primary educational service Area  2. The instruments using  for the research were  the 5 rating scales questionnaires with the coefficient of 0.78. the statistics using for data analysis inured  frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The testing of hypothesis consisted of T-test (Independent sample) and F-test (One way ANOVA) and the testing of couple difference by regulation of Scheffe. The results of  findings were as follows : 1. The main respondents operated in the medium size schools were 139 persons as a percentage of 43.57. the rests in the small size schools for 110 persons as a percentage of 34.57 and the big size school for 70 persons as a percentage of 21.94. 2. For overall of the results of analysis on problems data of personnel  administration in the Schools Under  the office  of Loei  Primary Educational Service Area 2 were in medium level. Dividing on each aspect from the high

to low as pespectively,  there were the support of efficiency, preserving discipline and  the retirement. 3. The results of comparison on the problems of personnel administration in the Schools Under  the office  of Loei  Primary Educational Service Area 2 by dividing on gender and the size of the schools, there were founded that the problems on personnel administration of the Schools Under  the office  of Loei  Primary Educational Service Area 2 were not different for overall.
