Abstract

Education is what creates the human process of knowledge. various social thoughts and behaviors For the progress of society, but for Thailand, the world society has changed a lot, but the learning system of Thai society has not yet responded to important development problems. Like many countries, there are competitions to develop their students to be as ready as physically, mentally, mentally and intellectually as much as possible, which causes Thai society to rethink the dimensions of developing new generations of social members more for the sake of advance and have the ability to compete with developed countries especially the issue of rapid global change called globalization. by techniques for improving the quality of education as well 1. Creation of a model school and curriculum for the development of skills in technology, science. 2. Increasing educational motivation by ensuring quality that focuses on practice rather than theory. 3. Educational management from kindergarten to primary school through government management that does not involve the private sector to reduce social inequality. 4. Decentralization of schools to involvement in the community or becoming part of local organizations in the form of committees. and 5. Adjusting the normal teacher role model to become a coach
