Educational Innovation Design Guidelines to develop Reading and Writing skills for School children

Abstract

Reading, writing and communication can improve analytical thinking of learners from a young age and when learners enter to adult period, they can learn and understand different ideas. Reading, writing and communication can promote learners to be quality population in the future.  Teachers should have the knowledges and understand the process of reading and writing skills development for regular learners and inclusive learners. It is the most important and necessary for teachers and educational personnels in schools  which they should have known and understood the reasonable educational innovation design such as instructional innovation on material type , instructional innovation on method type , creating process and quality assessment of educational innovation . They have to cooperate in learning to develop reading writing and communication skills of learners for upgrading learners’achievement.
