Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the Professional Learning Community of Teachers , 2) to study the Motivation on Operation of Teachers and 3) to study the relationship between the professional learning community and the motivation on operation of teachers in the schools under The Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2. The samples were 297 persons from the teachers in the schools The Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 of the academic year 2021. The instruments using for this research were 5 rating scales questionnaires on the Professional Learning Community of Teachers and the Motivation on Operation of Teachers with the reliability of 0.84. The statistics using for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of  findings were as follows : 1) For overall of the professional learning community for the teachers was in high level, 2) the motivation on operation of the teachers was in high level for overall and 3) The relationship between the professional learning community and the motivation on operation of teachers in the schools under The Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2 were positive relationship in high level and were on statistical significance at .05 level (r=.721).
