Guidelines for the Development of Teamwork at the Faculty of Education According to Opinion of Professors at Bangkok Thonburi University

Abstract

Research methodology was descriptive research. The population, totaling 96 professors, included 80 professors Samples, totaling randomized by Stratified Random Sampling. Research procedure consisted of 6 steps; (1) population and sample (2) research instrument (3) construction of research tools (4) data collection (5) data analysis and (6) Statistics used for data analysis. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire which 5 rating scales. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test (Independent) and content analysis.Major Findings: (1) The study of teachers' opinions on the teamwork of the school administrators In Bangkok University, In the overall and all aspects were at the high level, and (2) Compare opinions on the team work of school administrators In Bangkok University, classified by experience and education level. The overall and in all aspects level were different at .05 significant. (3) Guideline for the development of teamwork at faculty of education according to opinion of professors at Bangkokthonburi University were should receive information from the management thoroughly ,communication should be clear ,easy to understand ,accurate and consistent and should be able to ask questions and examine each other’s doubts openly and honesty.
