Leadership in the Digital Age for School Administrators

Abstract

The leadership for administrators is the activity of the educational administrators in leading a group of people or organizations that depend on the knowledge and ability in setting the vision, exchanging of the vision with the others for behaving with the willingness, providing the information, the new knowledge and the methods for accepting the change,  coordinating and balancing the conflicts of the interest among the members and the stakeholders and getting the inspiration to the members for the connection and the achievement. For this journal, the author gives the importance in the leadership for the educational administrators in the modern times that manages under the change rapidly. The important factor affecting the success of the organization is the educational administrators. the educational administrators must have the knowledge and ability in the leadership and understand the context of technology changing the world society.
