Abstract

The objectives of this article were to Local history dynamics for management, promotion of tourism charm by community to policy formulation at the local and provincial levels for develop a community-based tourism plan to generate. Additional, income in the community build a good host to apply impressive service skills and communicate with both internal and external customers. This unique living space and culture to the community and to propel tourism model to the policy in the area of each community. The qualitative research using in-depth interviews, focus groups discussion and sample groups were community leaders, community development, tourism entrepreneurs of Ban Mae Jam, Mueang Pan District, Ban Cham Pui District, Mae Mo District and Ban Pong Nam Ron. Serm Ngam District, Lampang Province. The research results were found that Policy formulation with the participation of community leaders District Administrative Office of Tourism Development Community, Lampang and tour operators. Established policies and forms of tourism in the area through historical stories, communities, following cultural traditions with different identities in the context of the area as follows: Baan Maejam Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province, which has the first macadamia tree as a starting point for the community and conveying lifestyles. Baan Jampui Mae Moh District, Lampang Province, that are bound by the Shrine of the Pratu Pha Shrine that have a love of the country to protected from enemies until present. Baan Pongnamron SoermNgam District, Lampang Province that the story will be followed in the culture traces use story telling through the first 100-year-old mango tree as a starting point for the community and natural hot springs that generate income to the community. Those areas share a unique lifestyle along with local cuisine. With the existence of cultural heritage and traditions to the present.
