Abstract

The major purpose of this study aimed to investigate factors influencing the individual financial planning management of government teachers working for northern upper vocational colleges, Office of Vocational Educational Commission. For research methodology, a questionnaire was conducted with 357 government teachers working for northern upper vocational colleges, Office of Vocational Educational Commission. The data were statistically analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation (S.D.), multi-correlation, and multi-regression. The findings of the study revealed that factors influencing individual financial planning management of government teachers working for northern upper vocational colleges, Office of Vocational Educational Commission in relations to their economic crises, understandings of individual financial planning management, perceptions on news information, as well as privileges on taxes, with its significant difference of 0.05, were all resulted in both a positive correlation and impact on individual financial planning management of government teachers working for northern upper vocational colleges, Office of Vocational Educational Commission
