Abstract

In buddhism There is a noble truth that is the solution to the problem. or the way to the cessation of suffering, known as the Four Noble Truths: dukkha, which is the state of problems faced with hard suffering, Samudaya is the cause of suffering, Nirodha is the cessation of suffering, and the Path is the way that leads to the cessation of suffering. Applying Dharma principles in daily life Happiness can be achieved by eliminating all causes of suffering. The Buddha has guided many principles for living life. those who practice dharma in any way will be qualified to live, dominate, dominate, and dominate work at all levels As one should believe in the law of karma, "women, men, laymen and monks should often consider that we have our own karma. be the recipient of the karma born with karma having karma as a species, having karma as a dwelling Whatever karma we do, good or bad, we will receive the result of that karma.” Principles should be applied in daily life. If mindfulness is released from suffering and happiness is found in the four noble truths, problems in daily life can be solved.
