Abstract

This research aims to develop a model and verify the coherence of the causal relationship model of factors affecting for strategic development to drive business employee successor in digital industry of Thailand. The research variables consisting of 6 latent variables 20 sub-variables: 1) Talent Management 2) Innovation Management for Business Succession  3) Creative Thinking 4) Transformational Leadership 5) Organizational Commitment and 6) Growth Mindset. The sample group consisted of executives and personnel in government or private sectors in the digital industry, Human Resources Personnel Planning and Policy personnel, academics, and people involved in the digital industry for 400 people (Hair, Black, Babin and Anderson, 2010) by doing Multi-Stage sampling. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and use inferential statistics, namely Confirmatory Factors Analysis: CFA and and Structural Equation Modeling: SEM has been used. Research results show that the causal relationship model of factors affecting for strategic development to drive business employee successor in digital industry of Thailand generated is consistent with the empirical data by checking from c2 = 118.69 df = 74 P-value =  0.191 Relative Chi-square (c2/df) = 1.603 CFI = 1.00 GFI= 0.99 AGFI = 0.98 and RMSEA = 0.000
