Factors Affecting Electricity Energy Conservation Behavior of Employees in the Automotive Industry in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate Chon Buri Province

The objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of the attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and intention to electricity energy conservation behavior. 2. To study attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control of electricity energy conservation behavior. The data collection had been made through providing questionnaires on the sample groups. The total sample size are 400 employees of employees in automotive industry in Amata Nakorn industrial estate, Chon Buri province by using systematic sampling technique. The statistics used to analyze data including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and path analysis method. The result of the research revealed that the level of; 1) The attitude to electricity energy conservation behavior were high level (x ̅=3.98, S.D.= 0.586), subjective norm to electricity energy conservation behavior was high level (x ̅=3.89, S.D.= 0.580), perceived behavioral control to electricity energy conservation behavior was high level (x ̅=3.93, S.D.= 0.594), intention to electricity energy conservation behavior was high level (x ̅=4.05, S.D.= 0.498) and electricity energy conservation behavior was high level (x ̅=4.10, S.D.= 0.519). 2) The attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control affecting electricity energy conservation behavior at statistical significance level of 0.05, meanwhile the intention affecting electricity energy conservation behavior at statistical significance level of 0.05.
