Quality of life of Myanmar migrant workers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the quality of life of Myanmar migrant workers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. For quantitative research were employed in this present study. Questionnaires were used to collect the data from 460 Myanmar migrant workers by setting a confidence level of 95% and an error level of 5%, a total of 387 samples were obtained and for the convenience of data analysis,
a total sample size of 460 samples was used. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study
found that: The average quality of life of Myanmar migrant workers is at a high level. ( = 3.88, S.D. = 0.81), when considering each aspect They are sorted in descending order of average. The side with the highest mean is food is at a high level ( = 4.03, S.D. = 0.75) The income aspect is at a high level ( = 4.01, S.D. = 0.71) The relationship in society was at a high level ( = 3.96, S.D. = 0.80) In terms of clothing, it is at a high level.( = 3.92, S.D. = 0.71), and the housing aspect is at a high level ( = 3.72, S.D. = 0.86) However, the aspect with the lowest mean compared to other aspects was health at a high level ( = 3.64, S.D. = 0.93)
