The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of organizational engagement of Government Officer Budget Bureau, 2) to study the level of the quality of working life of Government Officer Budget Bureau, 3) to compare the organizational engagement of Government Officer Budget Bureau. Classified by personal factors 4) to study the relationship between quality of working life and organizational engagement of Government Officer Budget Bureau. The factors used in the study were personal characteristics factors, quality of work life and Engagement to the organization of government officials, Bureau of the Budget. The sample consists of 271 Government Officer Budget Bureau. The data were collected by questionnaire. The statistical tools used for the analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The level of statistical significance was set at .05 The results of this study found that the level of the organizational engagement of Government Officer Budget Bureau was high. The level of the quality of working life of Government Officer Budget Bureau was high. The hypothesis testing revealed that the personal characteristics factors such as age, status, educational level, working age, position level and monthly income, are related to different organizations engagement. The quality of Government Officer Budget Bureau working life aspects which were adequate and fair compensation, healthy and safe environment, development of human capacities, growth and security, social integration, constitutionalism, the total life space and social relevance was related to the organizational engagement of Government Officer Budget Bureau at was .05 statistical significance level.
