Abstract

 The purposes of Innovation of Chinese Public Relations in QR Code Technology for Cultural Tourism in Muang District, Lampang Province research were 1. To study and analyze information about cultural attractions using the Chinese language 2. To develop a form of public relations at cultural attractions using the QR code system for Chinese tourists and development of application on mobile device 3. To study the satisfaction of Chinese tourists with public relations through the QR Code system. The tourists could get information from the QR code with the requirements in Thai and Chinese. and can also use this to develop our public relations skill's and it is useful for Cultural attractions. The system is what Chinese tourists prefer to use. From the evaluated results from 100 Chinese, we found that tourists most wanted simplicity and complete information was accurate and easily understood. The results show that 1. Application design - the users were mostly satisfied (X̄=4.43 S.D.= 0.66) 2. Application processing - the users were mostly satisfied (X̄=4.55 S.D.= 0.63)       3. content assessment - the users were mostly satisfied was rather high level. (X̄=4.55 S.D.= 0.62 )
