Information System Users Attribute Affect Information System Success of Filing Personal Income Tax Returns Via the Internet the Area of the Bangkok Area Revenue Office 23

This research aimed to study the effects of information system users' attributes, which consisted of the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards the use of the system, and intention to use the system, affecting the information system success in terms of information quality, system quality, service quality, and satisfaction of the system users. This quantitative research used a questionnaire to collect the data. A sample group was 400 people who had experience in filing personal income tax via the internet in the area of the Bangkok Area Revenue Office 23. The descriptive statistics were applied to explain the general data, which included frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation (S.D.). Inferential analysis, which included correlation coefficient analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, was also applied. Research results showed that the overall respondents' opinion of on the information system users' attributes was at a high level (= 4.10). The perceived usefulness had the highest average (= 4.15). Further, they had an opinion on the information system success at a high level (= 4.12), and the system quality had the highest average (= 4.14). Hypothesis test results illustrated that the information system users' attributes had a positive impact on the information system success in terms of information quality, system quality, service quality, and satisfaction of the system user with a statistical significance of .01 and .05.
