Ethics and Professional Accounting Skills Affecting the Success of Accountants in Bangkok

Abstract

The Research title according to Ethics and Professional Accounting Skills Affecting the Success of Accountants in Bangkok ; The objectives of Accountant are to study the relationship between Ethics compliance of accountant; which are effected to  Successful in carrier life of Bangkok Accountant ; and to study the influence of capability for solving problem ; including Professional Accountant Honesty, Equity, Independent, Knowledge, Responsibility, Competence, Stability, Customer Confidentiality, Communication,  and Behavior. The research population of study are the 400 accountants in Bangkok, Thailand.  The survey questionnaire was collected in quantitative research.The samples are analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis percentage.The standard deviation was also analyzed by multiply. The accountants in Bangkok; in majority 30-40 years old, are free agent and Master’s Degree graduated. They also was working in large organization,  who intend in carrier ethics compliance. The result also reflected their mostly concern are professional honesty ;  transparency ; knowledge ; competence ; responsibility ; stability; and customer confidentially respectively. Meanwhile the most concerned in the accountant capability are the competence in practical, responsibility, individual ability behavior, managerial accountant, business management, and communicating in organization respectively. The result indicated that Accounting Ethics have a positive correlation with accuracy, efficiency of professional accountant, and carrier promoted in organization, statically concern as 0.05 recorded.
