Factors Affecting Accounting Efficiency and Success in Accounting Profession of University Accountants in Bangkok

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the Factors Affecting Accounting Efficiency of University Accountants in Bangkok. The study was conducted from a sample of 218 accountants or accountants of university accountants in Bangkok. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. and multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the study found that Factors Affecting Accounting Efficiency of University Accountants in Bangkok were factors of knowledge in the accounting profession. Factors Accounting Professional skills ethics factors and attitude factors affecting accounting efficiency and accounting professional success of university accountants in Bangkok statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
