Solutions to Safety Issues in the Workplace Engineering Management Maintenance Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research 1) To study the situation of safety issues in the workplace Engineering Management Maintenance Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd 2) To learn about solutions for on-site safety problems of safety issues in the workplace Engineering Management Maintenance Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) The sample group used was 30 employees of the Engineering Management Department. One factory manager, one labor and social welfare department, and one operational safety officer. Data collection tools.It is an interview form and the statistics used in the research. One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis.The results showed that safety behavior in work, age of work, knowledge, and safety by age of employment variables is a negative relationship (Beta = -0.240) variable knowledge  (Beta= 0.48) safety (Beta= .183) positive relationship All independent variables together predicted the dependent variable with percentage accuracy.14.2 (R² = 0.142)
