The Factors Affecting Creative Work Behavior for Executives in Local Administrative Organization Department of Nonthaburi

The purposes of this research were; 1 ) to study the level of creative work behavior for executives in local administrative organization department of Nonthaburi; 2) to study the level of the factors of affecting creative work behavior for executives in local administrative organization department of Nonthaburi; and 3) to study the factors affecting creative work behavior for executives in local administrative organization department of Nonthaburi. The sample consisted of 12 6 executives in local administrative organization department of Nonthaburi using multi-stage Random Sampling. The questionnaires were analyzed using the IOC was between 0.80-1.00, the discrimination was between 0. 22-0. 74, and the reliability was 0.92, 0.94, 0.91, 0.94 and 0.92 respectively. The statistical methods used were average, standard deviation, and Path Analysis (PA). The findings revealed that 1) the creative work behavior for the executives was at a high level. 2) The factor levels affecting the creative work behavior for the executives in local administrative organization department of Nonthaburi were found that: (2.1) Learning focus is at the highest level; (2.2) Working atmosphere is at the highest level; (2.3) executives' innovation leadership is at the highest level; and (2.4) motivation achievement of the executives is at a high level. 3) Creative work behavior of the executives in local administrative organization department of Nonthaburi is directly influenced by the levels of learning focus, working atmosphere, executives' innovation leadership, and motivation achievement of the executives. These four variables could jointly explain the variance of the creative work behavior for the local administrative organization department of Nonthaburi (R2) was 84.0% with a statistical significance level of .01. In addition, it is indirectly influenced by learning focus through motivation achievement, working atmosphere through motivation achievement, and innovation leadership of the executives, as well as, indirect influence from the working atmosphere through motivation achievement through innovation leadership of the executives.
