Performance Based on Strategic Development Plans: Case Study of Directorte of Intelligence of Royal Thai Army Headquarters

Abstract

This research aims to study the opinions level of the Performance based on strategic development plans : case study of Directorate of Intelligence of Royal Thai Army Headquarters. It was the quantitative research. The sample was 217 is Personnel of Directorate of Intelligence of Royal Thai Army Headquarters. Tool for collected data was a set of questionnaire Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation. The results found that Most of the samples were male, aged 31-40 years, marital status. have the military rank, have a bachelor's degree, and have an average monthly income of 15,001 - 20,000 baht and The opinions level of the Performance based on strategic development plans : case study of Directorate of Intelligence of Royal Thai Army Headquarters overview at a high level (  = 4.07, S.D. = 0.707)
