Performance Based on Strategic Development Plans of Army

Abstract

This research aims to study the opinions on the Performance based on strategic development plans of Army : case study of Directorate of Intelligence of Royal Thai Army Headquarters. It was the qualitative research. The sample was 18 is Personnel of Directorate of Intelligence of Royal Thai Army Headquarters. Tool for collected data was a set of interview form. The results found that Propose guidelines of Study the Performance based on strategic development plans : case study of Directorate of Intelligence of Royal Thai Army Headquarters of the event or support that create learning, create consciousness, understanding of the monarchy and organizing various media to disseminate information for people to realize the importance and the stability of the country as well as create cooperation with foreign countries and the use of modern technology. To allow the army to manage resources in the country's defense effectively.
