Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study community management factors affecting management effectiveness factors of OTOP Nawatwithi tourism communities in the central and eastern regions. This research is a quantitative research. The sample group used in this research was 274 entrepreneurs who own OTOP innovative tourism community products in the central and eastern regions of both regions, totaling 274 people. Statistics used for data analysis were: The frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis found that opinion levels of various variables regarding community characteristics Travel OTOP Nawatwithi in the central and eastern areas at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects. They are sorted from least to greatest as follows: Community location in terms of operating time in terms of community products The number of members products and community services community leaders, respectively.
