The Administration of the Local Health Security Fund Under Ban-Wa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-IN District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This study aimed 1) to study the administration of the local health security fund under Ban-Wa subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-IN district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. 2) to compare opinions to the administration of the local health security fund under Ban-Wa subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-IN district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province according to personal factors. The samples of this study were 351 local people who got public health services in Ban-Wa subdistrict which were the elderly group, people with disability patients with chronic diseases, women group and working people group. Tools of this study were the questionnaire which had the liability value of the administration of the local health security fund under Ban-Wa subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-IN district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The liability and the calculated ronbach's reliability coefficient alpha of the questionnaire was 0.976. The analytical statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. The result found that; 1. The administration of the local health security fund under Ban-Wa subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-IN district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, the overall opinions were at the highest level and when considering each aspect found that the planning aspect and monitoring and evaluation aspect had the highest opinions level, on the management and the administration or funding development aspect had the high opinions level. 2. The comparison of the administration of the local health security fund under Ban-Wa subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-IN district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province categorized by personal factors of people found that people with different sex, educational levels, occupations, and monthly income did not have the difference on the opinion to the administration of the local health security fund under Ban-Wa subdistrict administrative organization, Bang Pa-IN district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province.
