Abstract

The purposes of this study were as follows: 1)To study the level of tourism policy implementation at the Department of Tourism. 2)To compare the Department of Tourism's implementation of tourism policy. The study's samples were workers in the Department of Tourism who were classified based on personal characteristics such as gender, age, length of employment, and job title. The questionnaire was used by 205 persons to obtain data. Use statistical ready-made programs to analyze data The statistics that are used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one - way: ANOVA. All the tests are statistically determined at level 0.05. The result of this study showed that the overall level of tourism policy implementation of the Department of Tourism was high. On a case-by-case basis, it was found that the tourism policy implementation of the Department of Tourism is at a high level in all aspects. The most important aspects are tourism development, goods and services, followed by tourism management integration, tourism personnel development, infrastructure development and tourism facilities, and tourism balancing, respectively. Hypothetical test results showed that Department of Tourism personnel with gender, age, duration of work, and position of work performed. The tourism policy implementation of the Department of Tourism no differently.
