Personal financial planning for Gen Y retirement living in Phraya Prasit Community Area, Dusit District, Bangkok

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of personal financial planning so that they can live in retirement age of Gen Y people in Phraya Prasit community area, Dusit district, Bangkok. The sample group used in this research was the population living in Phraya Prasit community area, Dusit District, Bangkok. which were born during 1997-1982, aged 25-40 years and living in Bangkok from 5 years and over, 200 people. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of variance The statistical significance was determined at the 0.05 level. The results of the study showed that Population living in Phraya Prasit Community Area, Dusit District, Bangkok They were aged 25-40 years and lived in Bangkok from 5 years or more. Most of them were female, aged between 36-40 years, with single status, most of them had occupations. student/student have a bachelor's degree and earn less than 25,000 respectively.
