The participation level of people in the creating of the Banheeb Subdistrict Administrative Organization development plan, Uthai district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) study the participation level of people in the creating of the Banheeb Subdistrict Administrative Organization development plan, Uthai district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province 2) compare the participation level of people in the creating of the the Banheeb Subdistrict Administrative Organization  development plan, U – thai district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province categorized by personal factors of people. The sample group of this study was 351 eligible voters aged over 18 years-old living in the the Banheeb Subdistrict Administrative Organization  development plan, Uthai district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province area. Tool of this study was questionnaires. The statisticts for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. The results found that. Most people were women aged between 31 – 45 years-ole, junior high school educational level, self-employee, 5,000 – 10,000-baht monthly income, living in moo 6 Ban Rong – luang and living more than 15 years. The participation level of people in the creating of the the Banheeb Subdistrict Administrative Organization ldevelopment plan, Uthai district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province in general, the opinion level was at the highest level. And when considering on each aspect found that the participation in decision making aspect, the participation in operation aspect, the participation in benefit aspect, and the participation in monitoring and evaluation aspect was at the highest in all aspects. The comparison of the participation level of people in the creating of the the Banheeb Subdistrict Administrative development plan, U – thai district, , Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province categorized by personal factors of people found that there were no differences between the people with difference sex, age, educational level, income, community, and living duration on the level of the participation in the creating of the the Banheeb Subdistrict Administrative Organization development plan, Uthai district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province in the aspect of decision making, operating, benefiting and monitoring and evaluating.
