Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the compensation factors and organizational commitment of private company employee in Pathum Thani and Ayutthaya provinces; 2) to compare the organizational commitment of employees of private company in Pathum Thani and Ayutthaya province classified by personal factors; and 3) to study the compensation factors affecting organizational commitment of private company employee in Pathum Thani and Ayutthaya provinces. The samples used were employees of private companies in Pathum Thani and Ayutthaya Province, totaling 400 people. The tool used was an online questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Financial and non-financial compensation were on average at a high level. In terms of the average of overall organizational commitments, they were at a high level. 2) A comparison of organizational commitment of private company employees classified by personal factors found that sex, age, education, and status were not different. and monthly income was statistically different at the 0.05 level. 3) Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation It is an independent variable that can be used to predict organizational commitment with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
